ANSI/IEEE Std-32-1972 Requirements, terminology and test procedure for neutral grounding devices

This standard applies to devises (other than surge arrester) used for the purpose of controlling the ground current or the potential to ground of alternating current systems. It defines usual and unusual service conditions, and gives bases for rating such devises. Specifications are given for temperature limitations, dielectric tests, routine tests, losses and impedance measurements, and construction items.
